Hebrews 10:24-25 *And let us consider how to stimulate one another to love and good deeds, not forsaking our own assembling together, as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another, and all the more, as you see the day drawing near.*
Philippians 2:1-4 *If therefore there is any encouragement in Christ, if there is any consolation of love, if there is any fellowship of the Spirit, if any affection and compassion, make my joy complete by being of the same mind, maintaining the same love, united in spirit, intent on one purpose, Do nothing from selfishness or empty conceit, but with humility of mind let each of you regard one another as more important than himself; do not merely look out for your own personal interests, but also for the interests of others.*
FROM PASTOR TERRY L. WEEMS
Welcome to the A.C.T.S. Fellowship! The heart of this Fellowship is a desire to follow God, to follow the Word of God, and to follow the Spirit of God as I attempt to provide ministry to those leaders who love God and are attempting to do the same thing. My hope is that God will connect this fellowship with those who are likeminded in their spiritual disposition as I am not actively seeking membership of people to become a part of this ministry. My attitude is that since God ordained it, He will, by His Spirit, sustain it.
Let*s not become obsessed with prestige, titles, money, and power. My pledge is to lead with a spirit of humility and faithfulness as my calling, is to help us keep a clear focus on what is important as it relates to the kingdom of God which is:loving God, growing in God, and loving the people of God. We must reach, teach, and touch lives, all for the glory of God!!
Accountability Covering/connection Training Support
The A.C.T.S. Fellowship began its formal organization on July 31, 2011, at the 2nd Annual Holy Convocation of New Life Fellowship Churches held at GratefulMinistriesInternationalChurch in Brookhaven, Mississippi.
The A.C.T.S. Fellowship is a ministry of New Life Fellowship Ministries, Inc., a 501c(3) non-profit, faith-based organization with offices in Columbia and McComb, Mississippi.
Dr. Terry L. Weems serves as the President and is the Founder.
The A.C.T.S. Fellowship was born out of a genuine calling and desire to connect with other ministers and ministries. With the rise of independent ministries, a significant number of ministers and ministries find themselves without formal fellowship and connection. With this dilemma in mind, the Lord released me to establish myself and establish a formal organization to address some of these concerns and to, perhaps, fill this void in the Body of Christ, at least for our immediate area.
The purpose of the A.C.T.S. Fellowship is best described by its acronym. The idea is to be as much or as little to various entities, as needed.
*Ministerial/Clergy fellowship, training, and prayer
*Bi-annual Fellowship church services (bi-annual, held at different locations)
*Annual Holy Convocation
*Access to training provided to NLF church members (Hospitality, Deacons, Leadership, Office staff, etc.)
*One-on-one meetings as requested, scheduled, and as needed.
*The oversight of the organization will be by its founder, Dr. Terry L. Weems. The founder will be influenced by the Godly men to whom he is submitted.
*As the organization develops, it will adjust in its government and structure to support the growth.
*This organization is considered a fellowship and not a denominational group. Therefore, membership of another organization does not mean that members cannot be a part of this organization. And, by the same token, being a part of this organization does not restrict participation with other organizations.
*The ACTS Fellowship is *freewill* and is an *at will* support organization. No member will have to forfeit their assets or authority in their ministry to the ACTS Fellowship.
*The organization supported through the offerings from convocation and from quarterly fellowship church services along with whatever freewill offering members and friends decide to give.
*All funds received and dispensed will be done through the existing organization of New Life Fellowship Ministries, Inc. which is the parent organization.
*Annual reports will be given to all members; the report will show all general activity of the organization.
Expectation of Members
*Pray for the Fellowship
*Participate as much as possible
